AD series
The motors are designed for drive of mechanisms, which are widely used in industry and agro-cultural complex for manufacturing of machines, transporters, conveyors, refrigerating and vacuum plants, lifting mechanisms, systems of household ventilation, pumping devices, etc.

- Voltage for AD 112 – 220/380, 230/400, 240/415, 380/660, 220, 380, 400, 415, 440 V
- Voltage for AD 132-200 – 220/380, 380/660, 380 V
- Protection degree of AD 112 motor – IP 54; for AD 132-200 – IP 54 or IP 55
- Protection degree of AD 112 current lead – IP 55; for AD 132-200 – IP 54 or IP55
- Insulation class – F.
- The main advantages of AD 112 electric motors manufactured by HELZ:
- moment characteristics (Mmax, Mstart) provide high resistance to overloading and stable start of mechanism under load by optimal winding parameters
- energy-efficient characteristics (efficiency and cos φ) guarantee saving of active and reactive output during device exploitation by customer with the help of optimal design, chosen sizes of active parts, size of air gap and engineering peculiarities of motor winding
- weight-dimension factors provide necessary conveniences during mounting and exploitation with the help of usage of special software for electro-magnetic, aero-dynamical and mechanical calculations, perfected by specialists during the process of longstanding experience of induction electric motors projecting
- service-factor provides stable, reliable, longstanding operation of electric motors in case of overloading for 15% by effective cooling and usage of insulation system not less than “F” degree while the real overheating of stator winding not higher than rate is for insulation of ”B” class (acceptable overheating is 80º С).

- with second free shaft end (AD 112 – IM 1082, 2082, 3042);
2) by climatic conditions:
- temperate climate (Y2, Y3) for AD 112 and AD 132-200 electric motors
- t = - 30°C... + 40°С (for ADV 2-200 electric motors)
- t = - 50 C... + 45°С (for AD 112 electric motors).
