Service and warranty maintenance

A wide network of Service Centers provide s quick and effective service maintenance and repair of the equipment (warranty and post-warranty), purchase of spare parts.

The Service Center repairs electric motors and pumps of various series and modifications manufactured both by HELZ and by other manufacturers:

• general-purpose industrial electric motors;
• special-purpose electric motors;
• pumps and pumping equipment;
• feed mills;
• heating equipment;
• other consumer goods.

The Service Center provides:

• warranty, post-warranty and out-of-warranty repair of equipment (performs the nodal replacement of a stator instead of its rewinding, and as a result a customer receives almost a new product after the warranty repair) ;
• equipment commissioning, mounting and contract supervision;
• general and scheduled routine maintenance;
• diagnostics, adjustment and upgrading;
• re-equipment, modification and modernization;
• climate, thermal and vibro-acoustic testing;
• acceptance, periodic, aerodynamic and electrical testing of electromechanical equipment with electric motors and generators with max. power of 30 kW and max. frequency of 100 Hz;

• work on integrated devices at customer’s premises.

Reconditioned products pass testing of all initial parameters and receive guarantee.
